Chandigarh University Hosts FAP National Award 2022 Recognizing Achievements Across the Country

The FAP National Awards 2022 were held at Chandigarh University and spanned over two days in October. These awards honored a total of 348 principals and 443 schools. The first day of the awards ceremony was dedicated to recognizing excellence in the Best School National Award Category, where 230 schools were awarded. Additionally, the Best Principal Award Category saw 135 principals being recognized for their outstanding contributions.

The second day of the ceremony was dedicated to honoring private schools, where 213 schools were awarded in nine categories. Additionally, 63 principals were awarded in three categories. The FAP National Awards 2022 were inaugurated on the first day by Banwarilal Purohit, the Governor of Punjab and UT Administrator, and the closing ceremony was presided over by Som Prakash, the Union Minister of State for Commerce & Industry.

Several distinguished personalities were present at the two-day event, including Dr. Jagjit Singh Dhuri, the President of FAP, Satnam Singh Sandhu, the Chancellor of Chandigarh University, and Kultar Singh Sandhwa, the Speaker of the Punjab Vidhan Sabha.
